3. Customer Support Specialist (5)

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and manage all inbound calls and emails according to company standards and schedules
  • Provide consistent quality service support assistance by adhering to company procedures, standards, goals, and metrics set forth by the Manager
  • Assist customers with their system and making routine updates.
  • Manage all service related interactions by logging and managing a service request ticket in CRM database
  • Provide customers with expert advice that will assist them in their use of the system.
  • Manage all product escalations across departments and organizations by adhering to the agreed upon service levels and escalation procedures

Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Work experience in this capacity is a plus
  • Ability to remain calm in stressful situations, multi-task, and manage projects
  • Strong knowledge of various Windows based operating systems

Responsibilities
